Double хирургия челюстей (bimaxillary osteotomy) is performed to reposition both the upper and lower jaws in order to improve bite function, facial balance, airway, and skeletal harmony. Treatment is individualized according to each patient’s diagnosis and treatment goals.

The operation is performed under general anesthesia. Depending on the diagnosis, the upper jaw (Le Fort I osteotomy), lower jaw (bilateral sagittal split osteotomy), and, when indicated, genioplasty are performed to achieve functional and skeletal correction.
